Gina began her architectural career in 2013 and has been dedicated to thoughtful, well-crafted design ever since. Having grown up around building and construction, she brings a lifelong appreciation for the built environment and an intuitive understanding of how projects come together. Her experience spans a wide range of project types, including residential work, small commercial spaces, and multi-family developments.

Prior to co-founding Well Drafted Studio LLC, Gina worked at several Westchester-based firms, where she strengthened her technical skills and deepened her passion for residential architecture. She is known for her commitment, strong work ethic, and reliability throughout every phase of a project.

Gina earned her Bachelor of Architecture from the New York Institute of Technology and is a registered architect in both New York and Connecticut.

Prior to Co-Founding Well Drafted Studio LLC. Robert started his career in 2018 as an Architectural Designer at KTM Architect who worked with homeowners and contractors to visualize and create efficient and aesthetically pleasing design solutions.

 Shortly after, becoming a Project Manager that coordinated with various vendors to facilitate a seamless journey from concept to reality and believes in creating a positive experience for homeowners. Robert holds a Bachelors of Technology from the State University of New York at Delhi. He is in the process of becoming a registered architect.
