Gina began working as an Architectural Designer in 2013. Having grown up around building and construction, she brings with her a love of design, the built environment and a natural understanding of the industry. She has a wide variety of experience including residential, small commercial and multi-family development's. 

Prior to Co-Founding Well Drafted Studio LLC., Gina's experience at Westchester based firms furthered her knowledge and grew her passion for residential projects. She is a devoted, hard-working and punctual person. Gina earned her Bachelors of Architecture from New York Institute of Technology.  She is in the process of becoming a registered architect.

Prior to Co-Founding Well Drafted Studio LLC. Robert started his career in 2018 as an Architectural Designer at KTM Architect who worked with homeowners and contractors to visualize and create efficient and aesthetically pleasing design solutions.

 Shortly after, becoming a Project Manager that coordinated with various vendors to facilitate a seamless journey from concept to reality and believes in creating a positive experience for homeowners. Robert holds a Bachelors of Technology from the State University of New York at Delhi.
