Schematic Designs

In this project our firm provided onsite field measurements and documentation of all MEP/structural systems such as soffits and existing beams, girders, posts and joist directions.  Our client (KIMOY STUDIOS) provided us with a sketch of the proposed designs in which our firm created a comprehensive drawing set to present to the homeowners. 

In the project our firm provided onsite field measurements. Taking that plan we worked in conjunction with Cristina Mazzella Interior Design to develop (4) comprehensive design solutions to meet our clients needs. 

Starting with onsite field documentation we re-imagined our clients primary suite with (4) proposed design solutions ranging from least to most invasive on the existing footprint. 

Entire house remodel including a rear yard pool and entertainment center. Working in conjunction with KTM Architect.
