Design Drafting Services

Our firm provides documentation of all existing MEP and structural systems either through conducting our own onsite field measurements or by utilizing client provided sketches/measurements. Deliverables include a full drawing set of all applicable areas predefined by your projects specific scope of work. Our firm also offers a full zoning analysis of the existing site upon request as well as obtaining all pre-filed documents from the building department and assisting in existing permit close outs. 

While drafting interior spaces, Well Drafted Studio takes your specifications and material selections to create working construction drawings and/or beautiful representations to help our clients visualize the relationship between their selections. 

When creating our schematic designs we offer (3) separate unique design solutions based off of our clients vision and general needs. While presenting each solution, ranging from least to most invasive, we work with our clients to focus in on specific design features from each option to produce a final set of designs.
